Project – CAREER LITERACY MISSION JALGAON

At Global Thought Foundation (GTF), we empower youth from vulnerable communities to make informed career and education choices. Through our partnership with SERAC Education, we conduct psychometric tests and personal counselling sessions to understand each student’s background, interests, and aspirations.

We also engage parents through focused group discussions to align career guidance with family circumstances, ensuring realistic and achievable goals. Since 2018, this program has been implemented across Ashram Schools, BMC Schools, and rural tribal institutions, leading to a significant reduction in school dropout rates and helping countless students move closer to a brighter future.
