GLOBAL THOUGHT FOUNDATION Career Counselling & Guidance programme guides youth from vulnerable communities regarding possible career options and educational courses that they can pursue. GLOBAL THOUGHT FOUNDATION conducts Psychometric Tests and Counselling sessions with the youth and understands their background, interest areas, capabilities and aspirations. Based on this, they advise them on various career and Employment options. Focused group discussions are conducted for parents and youth, to understand the family circumstances, which enables GLOBAL THOUGHT FOUNDATION to provide realistic options.
Implementing the program in Various Ashram Schools, BMC Schools, and Schools situated in rural tribal areas regularly since 2018. The impact of the program indicates a drastic decline in the school dropout rate.
